ASANJI HUMPHREY is a film maker/actor from the North West Region of Cameroon. ASANJI HUMPHREY got into the film industry in 2017 with the film titled "NIGHTMARE" by Ngang Romanus which he served as the gaffer. His most recognise film "HIDDEN DREAMS" which he served as the assistant Light technician was selected to represent Cameroon at the 94th edition of the OSCARS. In 2019 "Bed of Thorns" a film by Ngang Romanus had a jury spacial mention at "The Lake Internal Pan African Film Festival" in Kenya. Filed with lots of passion and readiness to learn, ASANJI HUMPHREY has been involved in a theatrical training program with "The God Given Idiots " (GGITV) which ASANJI HUMPHREY later obtained a certificate in acting and as a lighting technician in Theatre production. As an actor, ASANJI HUMPHREY has been involved in a well recognised theatrical production titled "THE DIARY OF A DEAD SOUL" directed by Mr. Tafor Ateh which has gone a long way to represent the University of Bamenda in the "Cameroon Arts and Cultural Festival" in Bertoua in 2018 and the "Universities Festival of Arts and Culture" (UNIFAC) in Douala 2020 which (GGITV) emerged at the first position. In the arts of film making, ASANJI HUMPHREY has also served as an editor in a short film by Ngang Romanus titled "Turning Point" and as a sound recordist in "TEARS OF BLOOD". ASANJI HUMPHREY is a holder of Master of Arts degree in Theatre, Television, and Film Studies at The University of Bamenda.
