Ngang Romanus is a multi-award winning film maker/director and screenwriter from the North West Region of Cameroon. Ngang Romanus got into the Cameroon film Industry in 2016 with his debut film titled “GREED”. His most recognize film “HIDDEN DREAMS” which he served as the Director was selected to represent Cameroon at the 94th edition of the OSCARS. In 2019 “Bed of Thorns” a film Directed by Ngang Romanus had a jury special mention at “the Lake Internal Pan African film festival” in Kenya. Filled with lots of passion and readiness to learn, Ngang Romanus has been involved in a couple of film projects as a director and in different disciplines in the arts in which we can mention the multi award winning film of Cosson Chinopoh “REBEL PILGRIM” were Ngang Romanus served as the sound recordist, “PROTECT CIVILIANS IN ARM CONFLICTS” a short produced and directed by Akumbu Jones which Ngang Romanus served as co-producer and production manager and “VOICES” produced and directed by Akumbu Jones which Ngang Romanus served as the 1st Assistant Director and the writer and director of the short master piece “NJAMBO” produced by Akuma Nevielle. Ngang Romanus is a holder of a Master of Arts degree in Theatre, Television and Film Studies from the University of Bamenda Cameroon and currently undergoing his PhD studies in theatre television and film studies at The University of Bamenda Ngang Romanus is currently serving as the focal point of the Cinematographic and Audiovisual Arts Pole of the NW Region of Cameroon and a freelance film maker
